If I am in a bad mood - which isn't too often - I either focus on getting my work done with the minimum of human interaction, or if I don't have work or some other unbreakable appointment, then I will stay at home, read, watch TV, clean or fix something, and stay away from people.
I don't want to impose my bad mood onto others, who are innocent, and I do not want to get pushed to the point where I take an undesired action. I know that my normally abundant patience and indifference to offences will be greatly diminished, and I am far more likely to go off on someone, so I do my very best to ensure that I am not in situations where that can happen.

I’m very lucky, I love running and it always improves my mood, when I feel a bit shit, I go for a run and it helps me feel happier. All the pointless worries I have, become less significant! But just getting out in nature helps, taking a dog for a walk is a great way to make you feel happier.
If that’s not for you, try seeing friends, a day spent with the right friend can really make your mood turn from low to amazing in the blink of an eye.

Put on a go to feel good show on the tv that will make me relaxed and forget about what's troubling me.
If I'm not at home and I have no way of doing that, I guess I try to distance myself from the bad thoughts in some similar way with music that I can submerge myself into.I’ll find a quiet corner of the house and stay out of everybody’s way. Unless spoken to, I won’t talk for about 30 mins or so. I’ll watch tv in silence. Or if I’m really mad, I’ll go to the bathroom, lock the door, and masturbate on my clean toilet. Amazing how an orgasm can change your whole mood 👍🙂
Most of the time that happens to me. I just lie in bed or in a nearby park, put on my headphones, listen to music and look at the sky or the ceiling and breathe.
Other times I just play some music while I make some dessert. Sometimes that relaxes me.Visualisation / meditation. I visualize myself in my oasis & disperse the negative energy I soak up back into the earth.
