Should you mention a past lifestyle if it has nothing to do with a/the relationship?

I'm not currently talking to anyone atm but I'm asking for future reasons I guess, if someone had a different lifestyle in the past and they changed and it has nothing to do in the category of a relationship so it's not a player lifestyle or cheating or people you've dated or whatever cause that stuff is understandable, but I'm speaking of things that have nothing to do with this that aren't revelant to the relationship, I know if she asks I should but if she doesn't, am I doing anything wrong by not bringing it up?
