Yee totally normal.
Guess it depends what part (s) you don't like and why. and what you wanna look like.

Breakdown of appearance ( all suggestions of course, everything you do is to your taste)
Haircut (head facial hair if applicable) that's tricky without reference
Build/clothes
Slim guys-med clothes using clothes not too slim masks the lines of your arms and legs to make them appear slightly bigger
Med guys- any size.
chubby guys baggier shirts conceals flabbs, slimmer pants shows off strong legs
Style: that's up to you
Shoes: just need a few good pairs, (1xformless/ 1x higtop nike/ 1x lowtop any brand /1x sandal) for every occasion
Accessories (piercings necklaces rings bracelets)
Silver- pairs: laid back styles punkrock, and fare skin
fibres/beads: pairs: outdoorsy/beachy/spiritual
Gold- pairs: flashier styles or richer skin
(I'd opt for a few variety packs on amazon inexpensive, no green skin) usually come with gold silver and black
Tattoos what you have or what you want *shrug*
