How come people who hurt me are living their best life and I’m just here trying to heal what they destroyed?

Try and look at it in a different light. In life there is always going to be someone that says something or does something weather on accident or intentionally that is going to hurt us but you have to understand the pain that we feel comes from the inside of us we are the only people that are inside of us so we are the only ones that can make ourselves feel good or bad

When somebody goes out of their way to intentionally hurt us we feel bad because we want to know why that person would do that to us and we're more upset at them and why they want to hurt you or why do they want to make you feel that way 9 out of 10 times it's because they don't like themselves they are upset at something that probably isn't even true so don't allow those people to hurt you that's called premeditation anyway anybody that premeditates any type of hurt on anybody is a pretty sick person I believe

I'd like to look at it like this the people that try to hurt you you don't want them in your life anyway so that's them doing something wrong to you and I look at it as it is a warning for you they're telling you I'm a bad person and I don't need to be in your life and that's the way I look at it if somebody does something bad to me they're gone forever they're out of my life

There are accidents that happened that you have no control of or you did have control of it because you approved something and when that happened they accidentally did something chalk it up as a learning experience but don't let people get under your skin don't let people dictate how you're going to make yourself feel you're going to find out in life people come people go and usually because of your choices that you make if you have people like that in your life get rid of them there's a billion other people out there that can be good friends

I think with your question you see people living a good life but down deep especially if they're evil on the inside they're miserable they hate themselves so they hate everybody else but it's a big secret every single one of us has something going on in our lives probably we all have a story but everybody puts on a brave face to make it look like they're happy don't be one of those people just be happy don't let people affect your mood or the way you feel because once you start doing that you'll always do that remember you're the only one that can make yourself happy or sad because you're the only person on the inside of you

you have tl learn about yourself and other people. I had this problem for long time. it's a tough lesson.

You are a person, probably a sensitive person, you think the way you do... like... to be nice, respectful, consider others feelings. maybe you are empathetic person... and there is a lot of power in that when you are strong in yourself.

But there are other people whom are not like this. They either don't care how you feel or in fact feel good squashing you. Since they weren't hurt, they walk away feeling good. This is personality and their wounds... call it evil, call it sick.

You have to learn, you have to grow in strength in your inner self so you can protect yourself but as well make the most of your gift of heart to help others like you. After you are healed, care for others... and recognize those who don't have your heart so you can stand strong against them and they don't hurt you as much.

They fundamentally are not as sensitive as you are. Our society is generating "narcissisic" personalities and there are more of them. They don't care... they are wounded little children.

I had that my whole life... took long time to heal. The hurts still hurt, but I handle such people better.

When you learn from this and gain value... then it wasn't just useless pain. You've learned something you can take into life and have a better life... which youd never have learned in a 4 year degree. That makes it worthwhile and valuable, something you can give back from... in a good way.

This is reality. Karma really does not exist. I had an uncle who was a cop. He used to say that living well is the best revenge. I would go with that and just ignore the rest.
