Isn’t it beautiful?

I am a very lucky person, I have found home in places I never thought I’d do.

For the past 5 years almost, this place was my 2nd home, I lived and loved here, every corner in this huge city carries a memory for me.

I am soon leaving and going to even bigger and busier place to make a new home there. Very close to where I live now.

I will miss my old place though. It was so perfectly balanced with nature, culture, history and the modern world. But what makes me happy is that, I’ll finally leave my past in the past, I’ll walk in new streets and will make new memories without being reminisced of old distant memories about each part of the world.

The beautiful transparent beaches.

The real possibility to live in a business class home for low cost.

Speaking of low cost - i can feel rich there being a digital nomad and an investor and live a lucrative lifestyle.

Easy girls (or so I hope). I love girls and I love easy girls. And I love having fun with girls. Give me girls! Girls, girls, girls!

And the exquisite restaurant-grade dishes for low cost!

No, I don't have a second home. I grew up near the ocean in Los Angeles County, California. I knew SoCal like the back of my hand and really liked it. But when I was 46, my wife and I moved to a rural area in northern California. Our house is on 30 acres with a view. We really like it.

It used to be the hospital.. not in the literal sense of it being a “home”, but I was in hospital 1-2 days a week, every week, every month for a year and a half.
As for an actual second home, oh how it would be nice to be wealthy enough to afford that, lol.

People joke about their job being a second home, but when you're there 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week, work closely with people, and have a routine there? Yeah, it's a home (unfortunately). Feel like I live there sometimes, lol

My fiancée is from Fuzhou but she never visited Suzhou. Are you moving to another city in China?

Moving to the Shanghai center.

I know Fuzhou 😇 That’s where my ex fiance went after out break up and he still resides there. It’s a beautiful city.

She left China in 1992. From everything I read, and what she tells me, it has changed drastically in the past 30 years!

Yep, it has, now Suzhou and Shanghai are connected with a Subway line, you can get in Shanghai in just 10-15 minutes with train. Suzhou has become a part of Greater Shanghai. To be honest, I feel like Suzhou is so much more cooler than Shanghai.

It has changed a lot, my ex fiance used to take me to modern places, and he would tell me, “Look, when I was 10, there was nothing.” And yet it is quite modern now, it’s very comfortable to live here.

In a list of richest cities of China, Suzhou ranks after Hong Kong. Shanghai is the first one.

I love Suzhou more though.

She will be travelling back to visit Fuzhou in the fall. Her father is 94 years old and this will probably be the last time she sees him. She has siblings in China who will come to the US for our wedding next year.

I think she will love it. I’ve heard there are many successful international companies having their head offices in Fuzhou. I also have seen some landscapes and it’s beautiful. She should also visit Suzhou💖

Well, speaking literally I have several, my favorite being the summer home on the Garda lake.

Speaking spiritually I'd say it's the island my mother's family comes from, Corsica. I'm looking forward to purchase a home there.
