These guys don’t play anything off their first album at shows, which I actually thought was their best album, I even preferred it to the consensus “best” album “Riot!”, and it’s as if they want to forget it ever happened. Am I missing something? That album is a fucking BANGER, almost 20 years later.

But anyway, this newer song from them reminds me of 80s New Wave or SynthPop, whatever you want to call it. Not for me, but it probably fits the bill.
