I didn't want them to do this and now I'm having a panic attack because I'm worried they will come to my house.

My phone is cut off (due to non payment), and I really don't want the emergency services to cone round. I'm safe. Why the f did I tell Monzo?

What do I do, please? My dad is working from home today, and yeah, he knows that I sh. My boyfriend lives with me also and all I wanna do is relax :(
