Water everyday. As much as 180oz.
Iced coffee on a rare occasion

beer even more rarely but if I do it’s Guinness or other dark beers at room temp. I get the ‘ Asian Glow’ so I avoid alcohol as much as I can.

Coffee: drink it a lot.

Beer: drink it less than i used to, but still drink it.

Water: drink it a lot.

Energy drink: i never drink these.

Just swap out the coffee with hot chocolate, and we'll call it fair. Though I'm a smidge let down that goat milk, kombucha, and elderberry orange juice aren't on the menu.

I'm a guy who drinks coffee every day and an occasional beer. I drink lots of water and never an energy drink; I have plenty of energy.

Hiya @Pinay_ako, good question 🤔. I drink coffee ☕️ each day as well as water (3-4L worth). I don't touch Monster energy drinks and aren't a big alcohol drink either.

I only drink water and coffee of those choices. Energy drinks will cause major issues. Beer raises Estrogen levels that's why the joke alcohol causes my legs to spread. Not a good choice for a man.

Coffee, tea, and juice are my main. Beer is rare for me. Water is for when I'm out of the house or when nothing sounds tasty. Energy drinks are for when i can't stay awake.
