Oh, just one topic? Damn, lol. If I had to pick just one thing?

Why is it the hard working, good employees... and I mean genuinely good ones that actually do their jobs, get punished with more work and minimal to no appreciation, while the lazy, inefficient workers get more money, promotions, and accolades for doing the bare minimum? I've noticed this in every job I've had since I graduated college, to the point it's disgusting- especially when the manager is aware of this pattern, but refuses to change it or get rid of said bad employee (s).

You see this same pattern in almost EVERY single job! Yet they wonder why no one wants to work harder: you don't get appreciation for doing so.
