Any suggestions on the quickest way to treat poison Ivy?

I finally made it to Kentucky to visit my crush! The problem is, I think I was exposed to poison ivy. It must be growing in her bushes. I'm in agony, any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

The over the counter stuff most of it hands down sucks and doesn't work. the only true way to help the itch is GO TO THE DOCTOR and get a steroid shot in the ass and they will give you a script for some pills to take for like 5 or 7 days.
