Is this a lot of sodium?

Oh yeah! That's the main reason why I usually stay away from those types of foods nowadays. They taste good but I'm usually not sweating a lot so I really can't afford to eat that much sodium with one meal considering my daily sodium intake without that food is a good amount.
Also, I just scanned that barcode with the "Yuka" app & it also has shown me 5 probably harmful additives. They're:
• E150: Caramel Color (Food Coloring)
• E211: Sodium Benzoate (Preservative)
• E319: Tertiary-butylhydroquinone (Antioxidant)
• E341iii: Tricalcium phosphate (Antioxidant)
• E621: Monosodium glutamate (Flavor enhancer)
How dangerous all of this is really depends on your susceptibility to them. They each have their possible negative side effect. Ranging from skin issues, lung issues, migraines, thyroid issues, DNA altering issues, etc.
Yes it is. To convert to table salt you have to multiply by 2.5. So these 2 grams of sodium are equivalent to 5 grams of salt, close to the daily intake of an adult. The 86% are accurate.
1970mg? At that point, just snort table salt like cocaine.

For one day? No. For one meal? Yes...
No, sodium is good for you.
Way too much I wouldn’t touch that at all
No that's only 2 grams
