
How do you take care of your mental health?


I do loving kindness meditation by picking an object of pity and then pouring my love and good will into them in the spiritual realm
Dancing, hiking, exercise, taking time for myself, getting a mani-pedi and a massage.

The key is to not think about it for as long as you can. Push down any emotion you feel. Hide it from others & yourself. Then you'll be good.
Not gonna lie, I don’t, maybe if you count the occasional days where I do makeup for fun or do more during my skincare routine. I don’t do them to specifically take care of my mental health tho
Therapy, painting, working out, having my cat around - she can always sense when I’m sad and she gives me good cuddles, affection and reassurance from my partner.
By doing things I enjoy and avoiding things I don't enjoy.
Thats the only way for anyone to have good mental health.
i go to a doctor and don't take the pills he prescribes. it's working out
I dont care. This is why I am healthy mentally.
I explore my passion for music.
I take my meds religiously.
