What are the main ways to stop a husky from being destructive?

I take him to the park before I go to work to burn energy and it’s still not enough if I leave him out he will shred and tear up things and if I leave him in the crate he will bark non stop

Keep exercising him before work, and maybe make the exercise sessions longer by taking him out earlier. Also exercise him after your work.
While you’re gone, he needs to be mentally stimulated so he doesn’t destroy things or Bark. Go buy some enrichment toys, and even get creative and make some yourself.
A classic one is a Kong stuffed with a spread for example peanut butter, so he spends hours licking out the peanut butter.
A treat ball is another good one. Stuff some kibble into a treat ball so he spends time rolling it around trying to get the treats out.
Snuffle mats and puzzle feeders are some other good ones.
Take a trip to a pet store, and google these things. This should keep him entertained.

this is simple: more exercise as he's obviously not getting it. better training as for instance you haven't crate trained him properly. and the dog may also be experiencing separation anxiety.
