Does anyone have any ideas how to make deterrent for coyotes and wolves?

For coyotes you can try ammonia-soaked rags or apply to an area with a squirt bottle. Must be re-applied over time/after rain. Motion lighting, strobe lighting, and blinking holiday lights. Other odor deterrents (such as cayenne pepper or vinegar in water guns or balloons, etc). For wolves motion lighting or a fence as well.

Short of shooting them (which I'm guessing you don't want to do), no- but the DNR might. I'd ask them for suggestions.

Failing that, import a mountain lion. Nothing wards off predators like a BIGGER predator.

We called the DNR and they gave us another number to call and they are coming out tomorrow morning to do investigation

There are odours that non human mammals hate, we dump soaps with those scents in our yard to get rid of vegetable eating creatures so we can have all our food for ourselves. Google it.
