Are you scared of bugs?

Frankly, I'm good with all insects except cockroaches. A few years ago, I was even thinking of buying an exotic tarantula as a pet. This never happened, but I'm planning to buy a mantis now. There are some dope-looking mantises with very unique patterns. I mean, look at this bimbo:

I don't mind them, but i do dislike wasps because they attack without reason. I would say bugs are more annoying then anything else, we have got quite a lot at the moment because we just experienced our longest September heatwave here in the UK and it is too hot to keep the windows closed so quite a lot in the house.

I don't like spiders but they are good at getting rid of all the other bugs especially bugs.

Depends on who's around. I have an ego that will not allow me to be as afraid of bugs when most people are around me. I don't like showing weakness in that way.

Generally, not of common bugs like beetles, ants, bees, etc.

I know scorpions, poisonous spiders, centipedes are bugs I should stay clear from.

Nope. In fact, I had a bumblebee land on my face while picking cherry tomatoes earlier and I didn't even flinch. lol It just tickled while it crawled around for about 5 seconds before it flew away. 🙂

Terribly. I pretty much scream and flail around like an idiot. I can't control the panic even though I know it's dumb. Especially spiders and centipedes.

Roaches. I will find a dead one and put a paper towel over the top of it. My roommate will see a paper towel on the floor and automatically know. Thank God it's rare to see them.

My barehand to the spider is all it takes, u need to realize we're bigger then the 8 legs and the 8 eyes arachnid, we it's more scared if us then we are it. The only reason we even notice spiders most of the time ks because they're staring at us in fear hoping we don't see them but cause they're staring we feel it lol and that's why sometimes when we look up or the side of us we see a spider hahaha

U should watch these movies it should curb your fear or make it worse, it helped curb mine at a very young age Arachnaphobia, 8 legged freaks, and there some more old Sci fi movies I seem I can't rmbr the name of or can find when the spiders invaded and then jump out of the man's mouth and chest and then they build like huge webs all over. I wish I remembered that movie and they had to kill the queen spider in some huge hole lol

Lol u ever seen ice cibes anaconda movie? Hahaa jk but damn that's wild they're just ugly creatures bur if u learn about them and see them nore they become less and less harmless abd scary. I rmbr in third grade I read zoo books on them and I would always play outside with ants and spiders and I would watch spiders in there habitats and holes and feed them ants and rolli pollies and other bugs. I would watch them an di realized they're harmless haha and now I barehand them when I see them in my way haahaha

I have two containers full of dubia roaches. Feeders for my lizards. I also get other occasional insects as as treats so they dont get tired of the roaches. I don't like them, but I'm not afraid of them.
