Im obsessing over my crush a little too much. What do I do?

I have a crush on this guy in my class he's one year older than me and he's good friends with me. We both are in maths class too and he basically relies on me for the book, yes he never brings his own book. He'll sit me with me and we'll just talk and laugh throughout the class. I like him very much. It was just a innocent crush before but now that we are more and more interactive and started being touchy like touching arms and stuff. He does not resist physical touch. Our seats are very far away his seat is at the very left and mine is at very right basically we sit across the classroom but He'll now and then come to my seat and talk. But I think I'm starting to obsess over him. I feel like it's not healthy. I'll open insta and snap in every 2min to see if there is any text because even tho we don't text much, texting is very much random. I want to stop obsessing over him and focus on myself. What do i do?
