If you could design a city from scratch, what unique features would you incorporate to make it the most livable and sustainable city in the world?

I would have a paid recycle system where people who want to recycle used objects can pay to have a safety inspector inspect their product or clean it and if the product is recyclable, the person bringing the item gets a small rebate. That way there is less pollution. I would offer senior citizens a $40 a day bonus if they plan 8 trees a day and in exchange for the $40, they would get free clothes and busing to the location to plant trees.
I would offer free citizenship and clean housing and food to refugees that are willing to offer unpaid labour for 8 years to Canada and they would be eating steak and lobster for dinner and not canned soup or potatoes and they would get free trips to the Bahamas twice a year and universal health care in medical emergencies and elite entertainment when they are not working such as free ball room dancing or phantom of the opera tickets. They would also get weekends off from work and they would work less than 50 hours a week.
A city all about miniature cities inside the big city and people fighting each other for control over the big city and it's all cats with rocket launchers Bazookas and they can talk
I think it’d be cool like if you had a perfectly round (or close to) chunk of land for the downtown area… say you calculated the full diameter of the land… and then you set up a tram system that was at the halfway point of the diameter…
So you could theoretically get anywhere in the city, in a short time, walking distance from the tram, say a few blocks… take a short ride to whatever sector of the city you wanted, and you’re literally always a short walk/travel time from anywhere in town.
Real world examples of this
I'd make it so that we don't have to drive much. I'd place a lot of essentials at walking distance & I'd make areas more pedestrian friendly overall.

Near the ocean, a warm climate, near major shipping lanes, high speed rail service, no liberals.
Sounds like Florida bro They even have the bright line.
@Cuminginside Exactly. i am trying to talk my wife into moving.
Which part I do business with a lot of places over there.
@Cuminginside I am thinking the Ft Myers area.
And got messed up after hurricane Ian It looks a little bit like San Francisco right now lots of homeless people lots of very angry people driving around before the hurricane it was very peaceful so if I was you I want some YouTube videos about fort Myers and drive through there to get a sense of what you can put up with
@Cuminginside I have to find a place that my wife is sure to like. I think that the gulf coast is more laid back.
Fort Myers is not laid back anymore not the videos I've seen lately You better do some reconnaissance over there
@Cuminginside ihavr not been there in 30 years/
Um yeah your in for a rude awaking it ain't the same even 3 years ago is night and day now.
@Cuminginside damn, I probably have just one shot at this. I have to do some research
