Yes & no. I don’t have a fear of aging itself. I guess I have a fear of all of the things that come with aging. The expectations that society has for older people. Such as, if you’re in your 40’s-50’s, you’re expected to have a stable full time job and own a house, and have your life together. Whereas at my age, no one expects me to have my shit together because I’m only 22. So I’m not sure if that’s a fear of aging, or more so a fear of societal expectations?
oh i understand. thats what my midlife crisis was all about, was dealing with all those scietal expectations... and i concluded 'fuck society' lol. im on my own path through life.
Love that. I hope that I gain your mindset by the time that I reach that sort of age.
I did, since I was 11. Not anymore. Because I am already past the age I was the most scared of passing. That is 24-25.
“Only the dead stay 17 forever.”
We are blessed to live every new day, experience every new year.
Not everyone got lucky to be alive this far.
Very positive mindset you got. nice!
Of course it sucks. I spent the majority of my life wanting to look my age or older because people usually think I'm younger than I am. That has slowed down considerably and now I'm going to spend the last half remembering my younger days and wishing I had my youthful looks forever
I am already old. I still feel like a teen but I ain't and it's annoying.
Not scary, just annoying.
And when your adult no one cares what you do. But if your a teen it's always fun, because when your doing something you shouldn't be people care.

Nah I'm excited to get older and age. I'm over having a baby face. Everyone thinking that I'm super young is annoying especially being a mom makes it worse...
I want to be older, but I'm afraid of spending the last years of my life alone. And when I say alone, I don't necessarily mean family, I mean someone who cares about me.
I'm also afraid of losing my independence, of being unable to take care of myself physically and mentally.
Even as a little kid, it was more of getting older... then dying. But now, seeing death is necessary (YOU BET YOUR ASS IT'S NECES-) I don't have a fear of getting older, because now I'm getting older and having lovely memories remembered and made everyday.
I never learned how to feel fear.
Instead, I was taught trouble shooting and ''MacGyvering''.
I also have not much time to think ''age'' - as there's so much to do 'today' that keeps me busy.
I guess one day I simply wake up and find out that I died the night before :)
Nah I see lots of women into older men, I think I'm chillin no matter what age I am and about dying, not a problem either.
Well if I do it's too late now because I done did it LOL and it's just going to keep on happening nothing I can do about it except for stay healthy and keep the smile on my face
It's not so bad. My greying beard is distinguishing. Plus I feel better now then I did when I was younger, and have *touch wood* impeccable health.
No. I'm blessed with young looks, so it'll be quite a long long time before I even wrinkle. I'm probably more scared of death than my body naturally aging.
I did when I was younger, now I just accepted it and moved on with my life
You're still pretty young though lol.
Yeah kinda but that’s a long way away. Right now I just want to get to 18 and 21.
Not really. I mean the alternative is death, so...
No, I made it this far.
I'm hoping I will be here a lot longer.
not really, Im ready to start doing more old guy stuff like camping and fishing and watching ww2 documentaries 😂
too late for that
Yep.
Just tells me I'm out of time.
Yes of course.
Nah, I still look good :D
I'm already old so, no I don't fear it
Maybe? Retirement homes scare me.
I got over that a long time ago. LOL
I am old already too late to fear it now.
