No, you can always remove the skin of someone younger and literally look their age...

Joking aside, aging like death are inevitable processes. Grow gracefully, rather than bitch and steal to stay young, ungracefully. It's not a hard choice.

But on a side note. Staying "young" is not the same as "being young". Plenty of South Korean, American and Japanese stars die young due to stress, and others grow old in their mid years due to problems.

So it's important not to waste all your time and efforts into being "young" and something you're not, but to address your actual problems.

No. I never worried about it. I never thought it would happen. LOL I always felt and acted young.

Now that I'm 71, I'm comfortable with the idea. Living long and being healthy has been a privilege. It has been an interesting experience, too. I have gained a lot of perspective.

My only hope is to not have a dreadful ending.

I don’t necessarily fear it, I just want to postpone it as much as I can. I’m not looking forward to the drop in energy levels or libido, the joint pains, slower metabolism, slower recovery and the slowly failing organs.
