Let me know where you want it and I'll move it for you. To answer the question yes it is. Get woke up early during the week but hardest time actually getting out of bed. Usually the necessity to pee forces me out at some point.

Well considering I work out most mornings before work, that's how: I remind myself if I don't workout, I'm going to be fat and lazy!

... it works, LOL. I woke up at this morning at 6 and did a 4 mile jog: now I'm ready to seize the day.

Very hard for me to be honest, but I try to promise myself something good if I wake up thus bribing myself in a way to get out of bed LoL

It's so comfy on a cold morning hugging your wife in bed and you never feel like going for a run or getting something done, so on some days I prefer to do everything and go to sleep late just to sleep in

I wake up, check and see what today's crisis at the firehouse is, sit up on the edge of the bed for 15 seconds or so and stand up.
That is pretty much every day except when the cat is sitting on me wanting attention.

I roll over on my side and get my left leg out first. Then I sit up and shut off my CPAP machine and take off the mask. then I stand up.
