Guys have about 7 inches of urethra between their bladder and their urethral orifice. There's two sphincters and a prostate to create bottlenecks. There's plenty of opportunity for incomplete drainage, and it gets worse with age.

Here's an experiment you can do: After you finish peeing, go and sit on a bicycle seat and see what happens. If the extra pressure on your perineum causes more pee to come out, then that's good to know, because in future when you finish peeing, you can use a hand to apply pressure to your perineum to simulate the pressure from a bicycle seat to help get more pee out before you leave the bathroom. Having paper in the other hand to catch the dribbles is a good idea too.

Naah like for men the last drop always belong to the pant no matter what, and when pant is black or dark it's not visible but in case of grey it's quite clear
