The initial Which One Doesn't Belong quiz was pretty well received, so let's start a series with this one, a bit harder than the first one. I'll try to get a new quiz out every 2 or 3 days.

This game is simple. From the list of things in the poll below, vote for the one that doesn't belong with all the others, and add a comment/opinion if you want to explain your choice.

The correct answer we are looking for is Venezuela, whose capital is Caracas; all the others have capitals that start with A: Athens, Augusta, Annapolis, Abuja, Adelaide, Ankara.

As some pointed out, South Australia is a also a correct answer, it's the only one in the Southern Hemisphere.

Each was colonized except for turkey.

You could argue on Greece but it was certainly controlled by the Ottomans from 1460 and ottomans ruled as an elite or large land owners with greek peasants. So it meets the definition of a colony.

"South Australia" is a generalization, not a named place. There's a New South Wales (in Australia), but not a "South Australia."

but the reason why I voted for Turkey is because Turkey is the only territory of these... that is situated at a transcontinental region, meaning is part of both, Asia and Europe

Nigeria because all the other places have a significant population that is descended from Europeans. Venezuela and Turkey are kind of in the gray zone here.
