yes... especially in Spanish, which can be a more expressive language when I'm around close people

I don't over use them all the time though... it's more about context and circumstance, same with facial gestures and all that

In speeches and presentations I do, but in everyday conversations mostly not. Interestingly the Greeks and Italians I know are quite calm speakers.
