Which is a better idea

A. James, who was raised by his father, has been isolated his entire childhood and even home-schooled. The father has trouble getting him to be an adult, so James' sister Syhrita (pronounced Sigh - ree - tah) takes him in, but struggles with helping him date, make friends, and other social aspects of life. (this is a dramedy)

B. This is a story of 3 friends on a journey. Two guys, Dornell Smith an inspiring singer and rapper, and Timothy Benson an inspiring scriptwriter. Both who would sell their soul to be famous go through battling and juggling relationships, family matters, and financial hardships. They go through their journey with childhood friend Vena (aspiring social media influencer, actress, and model) who would do the same for fame, but with the unique struggles of a woman.
(this would be a comedy with some cartoonish tones)

second is dramatic, more emotional opportunities and conflicts, so more interesting.

first is a false stereotype, and very disrespectful to home school kids who DO play together with neighbors who came home from scool.

The “sell their soul” part turns me off. Sounds all hollyweird cult. And the dude being extremely immature and a late bloomer too is a bit of a turnoff. Edit the script please. 😭
