How Texas overtime work?

If you work from Wednesday to Tuesday more than 40 hours, is that over time or not since you work less than 40 from Wednesday to Saturday?

That probably is overtime -- working more than 40 hours in any seven day period, but check the laws. They are probably posted where you work -- most states mandate that employers post certain employment laws where they can be viewed by employees.

Look at your company policy. Most work weeks are Sunday-Saturday or Monday-Sunday. Then see how many hours you work between those days. Unless you are salary exempt most companies are required to pay overtime for anything over 40 hours in a week. Some companies even have anything over 8 hours in a day is considered overtime. I would read your company policies.

some places it anything after 40, some places it's OT after 8.
It really depends on how your contract is written.

We get pay check twice a month from 1-15, we get at the 25, and 16-30 on the 10th
