Workday - Wake up around 5:30 AM, make coffee, feed the dog, take dog for morning walk, pack lunch for both of us (she even has her own doggie bag), head to work. Have lunch at the park, take dog for walk on lunch hour, head back to work. Head home, take dog for walk, make some dinner, work in the garage on whatever project I have going on or do a workout, read before bed and then crash.
Weekend - Wake around 6 AM (sleep-in), take dog for a walk to the coffee shop in town, we both get breakfast and eat it outside. Work around the house then meet friends for a drink in the evening. Make a dinner to share with everyone. I may go for a bike, hike or kayak. Teaching the pup to get in on dry land so she's ready to go in a few weeks.

I have a morning routine of getting off the bed just before 5.35am. Then stimulate the abdominal areas so I can poop. Will sit in the bathroom for 20 minutes, then shower for 10 minutes, followed by body and facial moisturize, thereafter taking vitamins, doing dishes, dressing, fixing the bed, taking my lunch box etc. Altogether roughly 2 hours. Then leaving the flat around 7.30am.
A bit of everything. Wake up, walk the dog, make coffee, shower, go to work, shower again, play keyboards or guitar, listen to music, spend pointless time on here, cuddle and whatever else with husband, sleep and repeat.

Wake up, pray the Rosary, feed the twins, have breakfast, get ready for work, go to work, go to the gym or for a run, shower, get my wife and kids home from my parents' (my wife works from there), have dinner, family Rosary, get kids to bed.
Coffee every morning, and sometimes I will have oatmeal mixed with lemon juice to boost fat loss. Sometimes I take vitamin B1 with a slice of cheese or a handful of nuts.
I generally avoid routine behavior.
I would say the only thing I'm consistent with is hygieneI set my alarm thirty min early so my body has time to wake up. If not my family makes me wear a warning label.
