Mine currently is something like.
6.30 am Get up & make my husband breakfast. Make my husband a packed lunch. Feed & change the baby. Have coffee with my husband.
7.00am Workout. Penylton bike, kettlebell squats, skipping, floor exercises.
8.00am Clean the house, make the bed, laundry. Sometimes prepare dinner for later.
9.00am Feed the baby, change the baby. Get showered, dressed etc.
10.00am take baby for a stroll. Maybe visit friends.
12.00am Feed baby. Have a snooze with baby.
1.00pm Online classes or read a book. Feed the baby. Cup of tea, a snack.
3.00pm Yoga.
4.00pm Finish cleaning the house, put away clothes, or anything else that needs done. Maybe change into a dress or something that doesn't have baby sick on. Start dinner depending on what time my husband comes home. This is where prepreparing dinner comes in sometimes. Feed the baby
5.00pm Dinner with my husband.
6.00pm Quality time with my husband
7.00pm Feed the baby.
9.00pm Get ready for bed. Chill out.
10-11.00 pm Go to Sleep.
Doesn't always work out like that but generally that's my Monday to Friday.
