If a pedophile gets a child pregnant or gets impregnated by a child get life in prison or death sentence?

Messing and destroying a child's innocence has got to be the lowest of the low. In these two situation, is a mandatory life sentence right or would you say put them to dealth penalty already:

- A child molester gets a 9-12 year-old girl pregnant. The girl ends up having a c-section.

- A female pedophile gets impregnated by a 10-13 year-old boy. He becomes a child father.

On both cases, tests already proved who the guilty person was. The child molester completely destroyed a kid's childhood and innocence, making them a mother or father. Life in prison without parole or death penalty for them?

Certain cases where the first scenario happened, he got a life sentence with parole. Strangely no life sentence for the sick woman getting pregnant by a kid but max I believe was 20 years.
I don't know if it's even worth having those scumbags alive. Those children will never get their innocence back.

A pedophile no more chose to be attracted to children than you did to adults; it's hardly fair to blame someone for what biology made them. Maybe if we stopped condemning them for something that had no control over, society's bitterness would lessen to the point that they could be seen as mentally ill, instead of immoral, and psychologists would be socially able to work with them to find ways to help.

But then, that would lead to fewer children getting molested, and we just can't have that, can we?

The issue is those that actually act on their desires towards children and really ruined the kid's innocence. At that point, they're too far gone.
If they had left those desires in thought, never acted on them and actually sought help is one thing but once they molest and/or rape children (knowing very well it's wrong), they don't deserve any compassion at all.
