I 100% agree, in fact even death penalty would be better, if you can prove it (sadly its not a thing in a lot of places even though there are some who deserve it) This brings me to the grey area however, as sadly, there are very rare times in which women falsely accuse men of rape when they didn't do anything, and these men go to prison for a long time, sometimes ruining their life, and then much later the woman would admit to false claims. I hate rapists and if you can prove with evidence and testimony that they did it, im all for life sentences or even death penalty, but the main grey area is that our justice system occasionally is flawed, and it wouldn't be fair for a man to be put in prison for life off of a false claim with no other proof. I dont know how to fix this issue tho🤷‍♂️
