The intent of saying this could be to sway people from Biden back to trump or perhaps Biden is a worse candidate to someone else who could of ran for lefts and he would rather have Biden to deal with lol

That's not Biden endorsing Putin. And hell Obama had to make friendly handshakes with Putin as that's what world leaders do. But I am fairly sure the only one who actually endorses Putin on purpose is trump.

Trump gave weapons to Saudi Arabia to kill a bunch of Yemenis, could not end a war in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Syria, and praised Putin, so in a full scale war, he's probably start launching nukes
