Do you find night driving difficult?

I hate night driving, I have minor astigmatism in both eyes but even though it's minor it's so hard to see at night with all the lights! Especially those horrible LED headlights 😭

I mostly do winding, twisting, undulating roads and some are very narrow. Lose your concentration and you'll end up dead in a ditch. What makes it particularly difficult is as the road goes up and down it redirects your headlight beam off the road and your faced with blackness.

I don’t mind it. I do try to not have to do long distance at night. I’m not a fan of driving in the rain

No I can handle night driving anywhere. I’ve done it in Miami. I’ve done it for 10 1/2 hours straight in downtown Los Angeles when I was lost and I can definitely do it in your country. New Zealand and I can do it anywhere in the world, so I don’t have any problems.

I find going from night to day, or day to night takes a long time for my eyes to acclimatise to my surroundings. If however, the start and the finish of the journey stays night or stays daytime.. I'm fine with that!

Not really, thankfully I live in a small town rather than somewhere with crazy traffic like Auckland, so night driving can be nice. However I do also hate LED headlights, they’re blinding.

Yeah I hate the oncoming headlights, especially on the highway where there's 7 oncoming lanes of headlights shining at me.

Modern headlights are brighter than older ones, which is annoying, but driving at night is not really a problem for me. My SO and friends actually ask me to drive at night for them.

No, it's only harder when it comes to finding the correct house, because I have to shine a light on where I think the house number is.

I dont care for it but will do it. Contacts make it a pain in the ass tho. I CANNOT do long distance anymore. I'm a danger by falling asleep after two hours.

yup, two of them. I agree with you about the LEDs. When I need to replace mine I want to get the brightest ones possible and fight fire with fire.
