My cousin died of a heart attack at 35 yesterday.
pretty tragic.
My cousin died of a heart attack at 35 yesterday.
pretty tragic.
There can be many factors.
Hereditary is one of the biggest ones.
One of my buddies is the oldest male child of his family.
All of his male relatives had passed years before, including his father.
It is just in his genes.
He has had multiple stints, and a couple years ago he had a bypass.
Certain medications, drug use, alcohol, can bring it on along with poor diet and exercise. It could be a combination of a number of reasons.
Heart disease kills over 600,000 people every year.
We had a call at one of my neighbors houses a couple weeks ago, she passed at 38 years old.
She had massive blood clots.
Her diet, medications, smoker, and untreated prior signs and symptoms all lead up to that, and it is quite likely that it could have been prevented had it not gone undetected.
Maybe find out what lead to the heart attack, sometimes you just have an undetected defect, or some other factors.
For your own well-being it might be good to know and brought up at your next wellness exam.
I'm not sure if the family requested an autopsy, but they should have some idea of what happened.
Sorry for your loss.
Many possible causes for heart attack:
Poisoning.
Invenomation.
Medication/Drug side effect.
Blood clot.
Too much fat or inflamation in blood vessels.
Infection.
Injury.
Severe stress.
Electric shock.
Vitamin overdose or deficiency.
Genetic defects if the heart or blood vessels or nervous system.
I'm sure there are more, but either way that sucks dude, my condolences for your loss, losing a family member is hard :/
i'm sorry for your loss
as for how that can happen you got:
-obesity
-high cholesterol
-drug misuse
-suicide
- underreating
-malfunctioning heart
- birth heart malformation
- blood clotting near heart
- high chronic stress levels
Wow that is so young to die. It could be for lots of reasons or just a random heart attack

Wow... I would be guessing but most likely the cause is not taking care of himself such as smoking heavily, not eating right and in high stress situations at work and/or at home.
All sorts of stuff increase the risk for heart rate.
Stress, genetics, obesity, not enough sport (or simply sitting and laying around too much), wrong diet,...
Genetics, heart disease, poor diet and exercise, could be a valve issue or even a clot that travelled and blocked a valve
sorry to hear that. i've actually heard of a lot of young people dying of heart attacks or heart issues lately, post pandemic.
surprisingly young, even if fat. i blame covid... not the illness the vax.
I would need to know his entire medical history to have any clue.
That's pretty awful. I think that perhaps it was a combination of bad genetics and a bad diet and a lack of exercise. Please schedule an appointment with your physician to get your own heart checked.
In addition to the other listed is that sometimes there is an undiagnosed heart problem that can cause major problems. this happens quite often
Stress is the biggest, but smoking, not enough sleep, bad diet (crap food) and it being in the family
Steroid or drug use, or a congenital heart defect.
Life style, genetics.
Fundamental design flaw or steroids.
I don’t know if some kind of deformation
The covid vaccine.
Genetics and or diet
