I work in a care home. One of our ladies is turning 101 end of this month.
I've seen and see people aged from 55 to over a 100 for the past 8 years.
There is no right answer for this because everyone not only ages differently but mental age (feeling) has nothing to do with chronical age.
Most people in my experience never feel close to their age. Some people feel older! And it tends to be due to life circumstances. A person in pain, with little social company, little or bad family relationships, and depression feel life is over and miserable.
Whereas people who are active still, even with disabilities or pain, who have friends and family, attend social events, like to chat and laugh and generally described as a happy person.. they feel young at heart yet appreciate the wisdom they have gained and joy in passing their experience along.
Of course... majority of older people in care homes also have dementia and forget their age anyways. One 90 Yr old tells me often it's her birthday and she's going to be 40 lol.
Big difference.
I think a 60+ man can still easily get up and can still get it up.
I doubt it, bur different people do age differently. I've seen people i their 40's whom I thought were pushing 70, and people in their 50's whom I thought were much younger. A lot of people at 75 are feeble in mind and body, but Dr. Thomas Sowell at 94 is still sharp.
I'm 60, and I feel practically the same as I was at 40.

No, I imagine being a hundred is way different that being 67.
How so because I know people in their 60s would say they are old and claim it all the time
R u nuts? Late 60s can be prime time if you take care of the vessel for your essence! Its youngish tbh
I just turned 67 and still feel like I'm in my 20's or early 30's.
@Crimsyjo Well, it runs in the family, too. Dad was 81 when he died and a number of the people at the funeral couldn't believe he was even 61!
My aunt Anna died 3 weeks shy of 100 and she got around like a teenager! I'm used to walking fast and even I couldn't keep up with her!!! I'm 6' 9", she was only about 4' 11"!
@Crimsyjo Up until 28 years ago, when my band had a gig, I'd spend about 2 hours getting myself ready to leave, take the bus to the bottom of a really steep hill that was at least half a mile long and the band's house was at the very top. I'd have to hump that hill, tear down my drums, load them into the car, we'd go to the venue, load the gear in to the backstage area, I'd spend at least 20:00 setting up my drums backstage, then (because we'd usually headline) spend the next 3 or 4 hours running around the pool table until it was our turn to go on, bust ass playing drums for at least 2 hours, some nights it was 4), tear them down, load them into the car, then into the house and then I'd walk home, at least 8 miles!
In `96, we got a guitarist that'd actually drive me home after a gig. As much as I appreciated the ride, that was probably the start of me packing on the pounds. But, also, by then, we were rehearsing at his house about 30 miles from mine!
This was also the point where dad decided to fill in the swimming pool after 23 years, I lost my fiance (no more sex), I lost my bike and had no ass-bustin' job, anymore. I lost almost everything that was keeping me skinny!
In my opinion no way no how. I feel same as I did at 31.
Some centenarians are in better mental and physical shape than folk half their age
I have never experienced being 100 years old. So I can not compare!
You mean when they’re inside you? Your anus won’t care as long as you stretch.
I don't quite understand the question.
What is your question exactly?
You are as young as you brain wants to be.
