Being throttled?

I’m definitely being throttled on this site, did you guys know that GAG is filtering your questions in a way to limit the exposure if the question doesn’t fit their agenda.

How in the world is it being throttled when the site just posts questions in the order created? The featured option only shows questions marked as great so your questions wouldn't appear there unless you receive a DM saying it's great.
