It's the most recently settled continent. You could only really live along the coast and the interior is a wasteland. They are usually leaders among the commonwealth nations and other Commonwealth nations take their opinion seriously. Australia is increasingly concerned about Chinese encroachment in the South China Sea and that's causing it to ally with other surrounding nations especially Indonesia. Vegemite is disgusting. Australians are so much less prude among anglophile nations, in fact their soap operas resemble soft poen.
