Yeah no. Emotional turmoil exists. The more you keep something pressed deep within yourself, the pressure can cause it to burst open at the least expected moment, at the moment you need it least. Expressing anger can be done in a healthy way, and it's best to not do it towards others as it can grow rather violent depending on the kind of person they are.

Plus, there is a possibility that anger backfires inside, some people can effectively do this and then... After some time they don't even know anymore how it started, what the anger was originally about, creating a very hard to sort can of worms
Unleashing your anger onto others doesn't achieve much. Better to deal with it in other ways.
