Yes it is. I have never done it but I would assume if planned properly some may be able to pull it off.
1. Have a good mask…the eye holes have to be only big enough for black pupils to see through. Any eye colour is a big detail you don’t want to show.
2. Wear black because it’s harder to tell your body shape and height on camera in black.
3. Put a cover over license plate on any transport there and back.. may need to spray paint car afterwards.
4. Find a good hiding spot for money within a family members house or paid storage unit. Prepare to flee the country asap for at least 5 months.
