I try to be considerate and understanding and supportive of new generation. We actively support the kids in the family... by training them and offering financial support.

We give extra tips to those working and sometimes give gifts.

Yes, but I'm not sure what I can personally do about t. The biggest problem is energy related. Some of the smartest people have been trying to solve that problem, and we have no solutions yet.

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. I thought you were talking about saving the planet (environmental stuff, which is important). That link was great, thank you.

Having said that, I feel like I am fortunate in terms of being in a good position to raise my kids to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. I come from a family where virtually all of the marriages in the last 3 - 4 generations have lasted the duration. They have all set the example that so many kids don't get today. My wife comes from aa similar background. And she has a great relationship with both her parents, which in my opinion is key. I'm confident we can perpetuate that tradition, and that is the very best thing we can do to give our kids the tools they need to be successful human beings and positive members of a society that doesn't have enough people like that.
