The bible teaches when poor people die, they are given more rewards than rich people with identical personalities during their time on earth. God still rewards certain people with riches and honour. But if you lack that, it does not mean God hates you. It might mean, God wants to reward you after you die.

Depends. If you mean gravesite. Then rich can afford nicer grave and pay for it to be unmoved for a long time. If you mean death itself then their salvation depends on morality and is not associated with their financial status.
