Why is killing humans a crime and killing animals is not?

I believe law should be same for both… either allow to kill humans the same way they kill animals or make a law against killing animals too….

I know most people will find this post foolish bcz most people are non-vegetarians… but i still believe we don’t have any right to kill and what animals if we can’t tolerate humans being killed

We can’t really assign human morality to animals but at the end of the day we all have to eat. Be it vegan, vegetarian, carnivore or balanced. It is illegal if the animal is owned by someone else. I personally eat meat and only support the humane dispatch of an animal. So I don’t support the more commercialized meat industry. I support the local farmers and hunters. I don’t support the bludgeoning or those who enjoy harming and torturing animals for fun where the animal doesn’t die right away and suffers; I suppose you could call it nature the way other animals will kill one another

Well technically crime referd to laws so obviously the laws are not for vegetarian! so only punish killing our own species.

The difference why is because humans are our own species but animals are not our own species. simples.

Also while animals alive laws DO punish cruelty to pets and in food processing , to not asd cruelty. But simply "not same species" therefore can kill.

Killing animals is a crime when they belong to someone else. But animals are not humans, they cannot think like humans. The closest level of intellect presented in any animal is dolphins, not cows, not chickens, not deer, nothing else. And even then, dolphins aren’t exactly saints. Not only are they notorious for having deadly gangrapes of female dolphins regularly, they also regularly masturbate using dead fish corpses.
It’s very clever for a mammal, and even then they don’t compare to humans at all. Their highest recorded IQ is in the 40-50 range, and the average human hits 90-110. You can eat or not eat whatever you want, but don’t assume that animals would be kind if they understood the concept like we do, and don’t assume ignorance is innocence.

Because it's beneficial to kill animals for food. Killing humans is counterproductive. From a moral stand-point, you should be concerned for humans over animals. But moral arguments are stupid. Humans are not cannibalistic as a species, and thrive in community. To kill another person is basically inhibiting our progress. Ofc It's not that simple, but I'm also not trying to write an essay.

What progress are tou talking about about… humans have made the Earth a disaster… on the contrary go to the jungles and see how animals live…. Humans just made things up in their minds according to to what benefits them…. You have a reason why animals must be killed… so does a murderer have one when he kills someone
