Geography TRIVIA - Name the STRUCTURE and its LOCATION (Vol 9)?

Continuing the reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular...

Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun. It's been suggested to make one really obscure and difficult... here it is.

If you have the right answer, you get a Like. If you have the funniest answer, right or wrong, you get a MHO, one for girls, one for guys. If no one has a funny answer, then the best answer gets a MHO, one for girls, one for guys.

Here is a picture of the eighth (Vol 8) Structure. Actually, two pictures, one viewed from each side. Please try to name it and tell where it is located.

This was a difficult one, suggested by one of our premier GaGers.

This is "Verity", a statue of a pregnant woman holding a sword, carrying the scales of justice and standing on a pile of law books, in Ilfracombe, Devon, England. It was the tallest statue in the UK, until beaten by The Kelpies in Scotland.

Here's a hard one for you. This 20ft gold painted statue came under criticism for looking nothing like who it's supposed to be. It's supposed to be a well known black female singer from your days carrying a spear, which isn't the least bit racist. But who's it supposed to be?

Oh, and also French lady who wanted to sing at the Paris Olympics. I don't know if she did or not. Those are the only 3 famous ones I know, so one of those three
