That all happened to you?
Asker1 ywhatever you think is sick and twisted , my experience seems to revolve around a group of girls i meet at a bar. i felt it was sick and twisted because they all had happy relationships yet would tease me and claim to be interested. yet obviously not really be , as to why they did it to me not really sure , might of been told to by employer or just bored with there actual relationship
Opinion Owner1 y@Graptemys79 Yes
Opinion Owner1 yIm not sure I would say that girls pretending to be interested is either sick or twisted, it’s just mean.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Were you trafficked?
Asker1 ywell thats why it was sick and twisted , it was like teasing a dog with a piece of meat endlessly but never giving it to him. if your not going to be giving it up shouldn't be teasing it
teasing can be ok if its fun for both involved and isn't really any expectations it go further
Asker1 ythey didn't do the things you mentioned , but that place was still really weird and off , like who teases someone in a small town like that. my story happened at a restaurant in a small town not a big city if that helps to explain why it was so weird to go through
i'd see some of these girls boyfriend's at the gym or bar and they like all hated me but these girls would continue to keep teasing me there- 1 y
Teasing you how?
Opinion Owner1 yI wasn’t trafficked, I was just unlucky enough to be around bad people as both a child and a teenager.

So, you and others around you were abused?
Opinion Owner1 yNo, just me.
- 1 y
But didn't you say you were forced to witness rape?
Opinion Owner1 yYes, the rape I witnessed was done to someone that I didn’t know, so I wouldn’t say that others around me were abused, as that would insinuate that I knew them or that it was a regular occurrence. It was a one time incident, or that im aware of anyway.

What was the circumstance?
Opinion Owner1 yI was 17, hanging out with older people that I didn’t know very well, most of them were 18-20 years old. We were sitting in a shed just having a good time. One of the guys in the group came in with a girl I’d never seen before, and locked the door behind him. I thought it was strange that he locked the door but I didn’t say anything. Next thing I know, 3 other guys stand up, and the guy that brought the girl in forced her to the ground and all 4 of them held her down and got her clothes off. I panicked and went to the door but it wouldn’t unlock, and another guy got up and forced me back into my seat and told me to stay quiet. The guys holding the girl down took turns with her while I had to sit there and listen to her drowned out screaming because they covered her mouth with their hands. I tried to look away for most of it. After it was done, they left her there and the guys left. I don’t know why they didn’t rape me too. I went to the girl and tried to comfort her and help her. Later on we filed a police report and she had a rape kit done at the hospital. We took those guys to court and I had to give a witness speech. They didn’t get sentenced with much. The 3 guys who joined in were sentenced with 6 months home detention each, and the guy who brought the girl in was sentenced with 15 months home detention. They all should’ve gone to prison, it was sickening.

Wow, that would be traumatizing. I can't believe they didn't get years in prison.
Opinion Owner1 ySadly it’s common. Rapists don’t usually get real consequences for their actions. People wonder why victims of rape don’t always report it or speak up about it. It’s because often the rapist doesn’t get punished properly and it ends up backfiring on the victim.

How old were you when you were raped?
Opinion Owner1 y14 years old.

Who was the perpetrator?
Opinion Owner1 yMy boyfriend at the time. He was walking me home from school like we usually do together, we went down an alley way as a short cut, he pushed me against the wall and started doing things despite me saying I don’t want to, then pushed me onto the ground on my hands and knees and ripped my skirt down and raped me. Then he left me there and I had to walk the rest of the way home by myself. Afterwards he acted like nothing had happened. We’d only been dating for 2 months and we’d had sex a few times (consensually) before that incident.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. What happened to your boyfriend?
Opinion Owner1 yNothing really. We broke up, I filed a police report but I didn’t get a rape kit done because i was in shock for the first 3 weeks after, by the time I wasn’t in shock anymore it was too late for the kit to be done. The police report went nowhere because there were no witnesses to the crime, no evidence with a rape kit, so it was just his word against mine. The case was dropped months later.

Did he ever apologize?
Opinion Owner1 yNope, not even close. He never admitted to what he did. He denied it to everyone and even deflected the blame and lied, telling people that I was the one who raped him. He sent people after me to stalk, harass and bully me. That went on for 2 years after the rape happened. Police wouldn’t do anything about it either.

I can't believe that, but then again, he is a rapist, so I guess you can't expect ethical behavior.
1 yWhen I was a substitute teacher, I had a kindergarten girl ask me if I had a penis. I said yes and moved on with the lesson, figuring kids that age are curious about bodies and the differences between boys and girls. She then said that her dad had one and it worked. I ignored her and went about teaching. Some time later, I wondered how she knew that her father's penis "worked." I hoped she didn't have first-hand experience with that penis. The best I could figure is that her mother had said something to her about her dad being great in bed. Even that seems inappropriate and gross. I sometimes wonder if I missed something and she was being abused. I hope not.

1 yI was near a shooting one-time years ago and a person was killed. But i saw someone suspicious doing something weird but i don't Remember how they looked like but i think they were the shooter. Never reported to the police because i did not get a good enough look at their face and im surprised they did not kill me because i probably wasn't the intended target. Anyway, the shooter never got caught and family members of the victim still leave flowers at that spot. Im lucky it wasn't me but i believe it was gang related.
