How long is a hug?

The average hug is 5-10 sec according to Google, we'll say 10 sec.. now, if you hug a person for a min, would you consider it 1 or 6 hugs and if you hug a person for an hour would you consider it 1 hug or (6×60min= 360) 360 hugs or a few hugs? According to the video, they say you need at least four hugs a day, so if you consider an 1hr long hug to amount to one hug, does that mean that you wanna hug for 4hrs long, but if you hug for 4 hrs straight does it still only equal 1 hug? How long is it before it's considered cuddling?

It depends on the type of hug how long it should be.
A greeting hug would be 5 seconds max, whereas a comforting hug would be minutes. Cuddling I would associate when you're sitting or lying down cuddled up together for over 5 minutes.

I don't get my daily recommended amount of hugs that's for sure
