Second Floor Or The Higher Floor?

When choosing an apartment/unit floor, would you opt more for the, 2nd floor to immediately exit the building incase of emergency minus the view, or the higher floor, to see the view, but minus exiting during emergencies without hassle.

When I was in an apartment it was a first or main floor apartment. Loved not having stairs to climb, plus my garage was attached next to my apartment so when it was raining I could get from apartment to car without being out in the weather.

If I was going to get an apartment, it would probably be the top floor so I don’t have to hear people walking above me. The only drawback is stairs when moving or carrying groceries

2nd or 3rd floor so the fire department could reach me in case of fire.

Id pick the second floor it will help with the moving process

I would rather have my own house. But the higher floor is kinda good for the better view.

The Middle Floor especially good not having to spend a lot on heating.

I like the second floor option.
