This morning dropping my kid off at school, the car in front of me was creeping really slowly forward, with no cars in front of it. I was getting annoyed but there's no room to pass so I just creeped forward behind them. Then we got to a high curb a long the side of the parking lot meant for the kitchen loading dock... They ran straight into it at their insanely slow speed. They backed up and left their bumper on the curb. I'm assuming the driver was texting the whole time.

I say people who give slower than the legal limit are avoiding where ever they’re suppose to go. Driving the limit means, they work in office administration and driving over the limit, places to be. Those driving wayyyyy over the limit, lunatics.

If someone is driving too slow/too fast I just assume they've been drinking or they're high 😂

Some people who drive slowly might be new drivers that are being cautious. Other than that, they're too lazy to go the speed limit & don't care.

Only if it is far outside what the conditions dictate. Like people going 25 in clear, dry conditions in a 40 zone will drive me batty, as will people going 65 in a 40 when it's raining.
