What kind of insects and other arthropods you really don't like?
484 opinions shared on Other topic. Mosquitos, they literally come to suck your blood without you noticing... until you can't stop scratching.
Then you wake up in the night to that freaking annoying buzzing in your ear...

Mosquitos are the worst
10 Reply 346 opinions shared on Other topic. The only one I can tolerate is the stink bug. They are literally super slow, not highly reactive or triggered and don’t TRY to get into your home, or food, or on YOU. the stink wouldn’t be horrible since they’re so small and they’re not aggressive or harmful. Some even say they taste like apple? Or cinnamon? I can’t recall which though.
Roaches are horrible cause you can’t live in peace once they start infesting near you. They eat ANYTHING and what you eat. I think they can even eat soap? Or certain chemicals? Or hold breath in water for some time. They have literally been around since dinosaurs. They use their poop as trails to get back to certain hot spots. They lay CASES of eggs. They’re hard to see when as babies. They can go a certain amount of time without eating I believe and they’re so fast I can’t help it. I’ll faint remembering seeing those critters run for the darkness.
Ants also use pheromone trails. They CAN bite you depending on species, circumstance, and all. If they feel threatened by your finger near them, WHO KNOWS RIGHT.
They’re as most of these hairy but have nasty looking mouths. They can crawl anywhere and have strong sense of smell. They communicate when they’ve located food.
They’re among the more persistent bastards. (Roaches carry disease with them).
centipedes just freak me out with their speed and traveling maneuvers. Their visuals are in no way appealing or tolerable (when in home, or near exposed feet), and I forget which one but they do have some type of venom?
Flies are horrible cause of their producing abilities and their visionary skills as well as evasive maneuvers when you try to swat them. They can be just as persistent as ants and roaches but they’ll be more energized and quick about it. Not over time persistence but more in the moment and in your face lol
They, like the roaches, will eat just about anything and even land on poop and eat that. So letting them land on anything valuable is going to be a pain.
Their mouths also are alien-level of strange. Their flying sounds (as well as mosquitos) are unbearable.
Like mosquitos, some flies bite people. Mosquitos breed insanely fast and they’re annoyingly persistent to bite you. They have multiple scissor like equipment in their stinger that literally cuts into our skin so they can send their straw to suck our blood. And their stinger is what can deliver nasty bacteria. Their sounds are just so unpleasant. Even their image. Everything about them down to their name.
Spiders are tolerable but only certain species and usually/ preferably not in home. Certainly none of the venomous kinds.
I can’t list everything but for me the negatives outweigh the positives, how can I be expected to tolerate any of these.
They’re all horrible. If I had to choose one, and just ONE bug of the species to encounter on ONE day. It would be the stink bug.

The most irritating would be mosquito. Without repellent I’ve literally been sent running to avoid being eaten alive. I didn’t want even one bite from any of them.

Mosquitos. They find you quick, itch, could cause illness, and reproduce fast. New species even bite during the day. They are important though. Male mosquitos pollinate flowers, only females drink blood. The aquatic larva are food for fish, newts, ducks, dragonfly larva, and adult mosquitos are food for birds, bats, frogs, fish, and praying mantis. Ticks are very annoying because they attach firmly.

Spiders, I call them demons. At least other bugs look like a normal living creature, those things don’t even have actual faces. Their legs are like boneless human fingers. Fucking atrocity to the world. Glad I wasn’t brown during early times when bugs were the size of lawn mowers or even a whole ass automobile.
12 Reply- 12 d
Typo *born , but they never found among fossils any big fossil ants the size of the engine of a lawn mower nor a scorpion the size of a car!
- Asker12 d
@strateguy632 Indeed, giant prehistoric centipedes called Arthropleura were almost the size of a car:

Also, there was a giant sea scorpion, called Jaekelopterus:

Centipedes and spiders aren't insects and I like those.
As for your question, I don't really have a problem with anything on your list.
I would have said parasitic insects like mosquitos, but they never go after me. Or flies, but its rare that I see any. I also never see any roaches, and those last 3 are food sources to lots of animals I like, such as amphibians, arachnids, dragonflies, mantis, reptiles, fish, bats, etc.
I also like ants, and stinkbugs stay outside and are harmless.04 Reply- 12 d
by the way what is the source for the first picture?
- Asker12 d
I googled it up.
- 12 d
What did you type?
- Asker12 d
I think I typed "arthropods" (A group of animals that includes insects, spiders, scorpions, crabs , and centipedes).
- 11 d
Wasps. I have a problem with them where I live. I hate them for multiple reasons:
- They are aggressive and dangerous. They can sting multiple times
- They kill honey bees
- They are unfortunately tougher and more resilient then bees particularly in urban areas
- They do little to help the environment. I get it they are part of the ecosystem (food for birds). I don’t want them to go extinct. But they don’t pollinate nowhere near as much as bees do.

I agree with @7Phoenix7 here who said my opinion best!
Itch and ear buzz and take our blood.
And i will nitpick that spiders are araknid not insect! But no biggie.
21 Reply- Asker12 d
Sure, spiders and centipedes are not insects but they are arthropods, just like insects, and many people dislikes them.
- 12 d
I put cockroaches because they are dirty. I don't like mosquitoes when they bite. In fact, I am scared of bugs and they are just gross. If I find one, I ask my boyfriend to kill it while I get away. LOL!

I’ve had dengue and many of my friends have had malaria so mosquitoes 100% take the cake of most annoying insect. You can’t even just ignore them 😢
40 Reply 857 opinions shared on Other topic. I think mosquitos should be first victims of extinction weapon. RNA retro virus that infects only mosquitos and slowly kills them would probably have some effect on ecosystem and could mutate, but I think we should risk it.
20 Reply690 opinions shared on Other topic. Let me say I voted fly because of the pest factor. They are fast and very obtrusive and rude. One single fly can get my temper to a full 8.5!
True, the disgusting cock roach is very bad but you can keep them away.
While mosquitoes can be the worst in some areas they aren't where I live. They spray for them and it helps considerably.
10 Reply- 12 d
June bugs. Those chunky little fuckers can't control themselves when they fly so they are constantly flying into things a full speed. Nothing ruins a nice BBQ or bonfire like constantly having them fly into you.
41 Reply 1.4K opinions shared on Other topic. If I could get rid of one, it would be cockroaches.
40 Reply362 opinions shared on Other topic. Fly and mosquito are so irritating
Then spiders are so scary but they are rather chill41 Reply- 11 d
Yes, they don't mess with you unless you make them. I have a lot of spiders. I very rarely see them, but their webs are a constant nuisance. I'm cleaning them away nearly every day.
In fact, a friend had her dog get popped by a brown Recluse. The dog has puppies and is nursing them. She had to take her to the vet. The bite place swelled up big as a baseball. She said it started draining a couple of days ago.
10.9K opinions shared on Other topic. definitely mosquitos. They give nasty bite but also carry EEE and other diseases.

Though mosquitoes are responsible for more deaths in the world than any other animal or incident, I truly dislike cockroaches.
20 Reply - Anonymous(45 Plus)12 d
Mosquitos are the most deadly living things according to some sources due to their ability to spread disease.
30 Reply - 12 d
Not fond of any of the above choices, however I'd say for me the mosquitoes would be the biggest nuisance for me

mosquito because after they suck your blood
they leave a ugly bump mark in your skin thats the size of a zit20 Reply Mosquitoes for sure, can't even be quiet for a second.

10 Reply- 12 d
Mosquitoes by far. Unlike the others they are flying predators and there's no way to fight them off.
21 Reply- 12 d
I live by the ocean and years ago they used to spray for mosquitoes every year from airplanes. It cut down on them. But people complained about the danger of the insecticide so they stopped. The mosquito problem now is unbearable.

Any that interfere with my life. Ants and mosquitoes are tied for the lead.
20 Reply Mosquitos are the worst at night buzzing around waking up everyone especially on summer. We don't get with each other too well🤣🤣
10 Reply- 3 d
I'd say mosquitos because the others don't land on you and start siphoning off your blood. They are very annoying and are buzzing you perpetually. I just want to squash them! ☹

Since wasps aren't on the list, I'll have to choose mosquitoes.
