Spinning lights on the roofs of old police cars. LOL

Actually, Sylvania Electric Products developed the flashcube in the 1960s, and Eastman Kodak adopted it to replace the flashbulbs in their Instamatic cameras in 1965.

Each time you snapped a photo, the cube would automatically rotate so that you could take up to 4 flash photos rapidly before changing the cube.

  Did you know that Kodak invented the digital camera, but suppressed it? It's kind of ironic. They invented the idea that destroyed themselves. In hindsight, they should have ran with the idea, and made as much as they could. But they needed to sell film. I love the discovery channel. :)
  It's kind of like Superman inventing Kryptonite. LOL
