When it's winter, what indoor temperature is most comfortable to you?

In Winter, we keep the house at 72 F (22 C) during the day, and slightly colder (68 F, 20 C) at night. It's more comfortable to sleep slightly cooler, under the warm blankets.
Thanks for MHO
71° for family but I'm good at 67° cuz I'm cheap and I know how to throw a hoodie or blanket on. Since I'm usually the last one to bed I drop it to 65°

67 is comfy but I think this sometimes depends on the house and how the air flows. Some houses need to be set on 70-71 to stay comfy.
I agree on the need to set different houses to different temperatures- My current house is old and despite how much effort I've put into insulating the house, there's only so much you can do. I keep this house at 72F, but most other places, I'm more comfortable at 68-70F in the winter.
@matchrestore yeah I've learned from moving so much that each house is different. My house in Texas needed to be set at 75 for heat. It was a older brick home with tons of windows and glass doors. It just did not hold the heat in good
Been a long time but when I lived up north I think it was 70ish. Living in Florida, 72-74 feel best but it depends on how humid it is. In the summer 72. When it's cold and less humid out 74. Even 75 can feel like freezing cold if the humidity indoors gets too low tho. Then you need humidifier (s).
That said, I can still walk outdoors in like 60 in shorts and t-shirt if I feel like it. Just takes a few minutes to get used to it. And no, I usually don't feel like it.
My thermostat is set at 18 degrees on a timer, and when the timer ends it drops to 16 degrees, which is during the night. I have a small house, and it is perfectly comfortable. Should the temperature drop below 16 degrees, then the the boiler will kick back in and bring it back up to temperature.
I like to be nude when at home So temp must be 70 to 75 warm during the winter and air during the summer and I like going to the back yard nude and outside.
During the day, when I'm moving around and working, maybe 20 degrees. In the evening, when I'm cuddling on the sofa, 22 degrees and when I want to sleep, a maximum of 17 degrees.
I like to have a very could house for at least 2 hours a day to kill any insects in the home and than a 23 degree home for the rest of the day.
71 seems about right during the day or a little warmer for sitting.
Low 60s for sleep.
72. Winter or summer. But I actually just wear a lot of clothes around the house in winter to save on power
I like it around 68 degrees. Warmer and I’m too hot.
I'm pretty firm about remaining at 60F year-round. It feels warm when it's -18F outside and it feels cool when it's 120F outside.
I like low 60's. Snuggling with pets and family makes you warmer but you need it cool for moving around the home being busy.
65 to 68 is fine (18 to 20 degrees Celsius), especially when you come in from outside. I don't like to have it too warm.
i don't control it
my grandma does lol and it doesn't matter that much to me tbh if im cold i'll get a hoodie or blanket
Preferably 71F/22C during the day. Goes down to 59F/15C at night.
I keep my thermostat set to 21C in the day and 19C at night.
I think temperature in the winter inside the house or room should be 20 to 25 degrees
For me I set the temperature on the thermostat at about 20C
18c. Not paying to heat it more that that. Cheaper to buy jumper/hoodie
I have my thermostat set at 65 degrees Fahrenheit 24 hours a day. If my wife was home she'd have it set to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
I like it about 69 to 70F. Any more & I find it to warm.
About 70 °F or 21°C during waking hours but for sleeping at night I prefer 64°F or 18°C.
I keep it at 66.
We keep our thermostat set at about 64°.
