I’m seeing this guy and I spent the night over at his house. Before I got there he told me to park across the street rather than in his other designated parking spot for his house. I asked why (as it was late and dark) and he said that there was an oil spot in the parking spot. When I checked, there was no oil spot.

Why would he ask me to do this?
