Me and my daughter wear bonnets to bed to protect our hair which has a low porosity. It keeps it from drying out, tames the frizz, and prevents knots. The difference is night and day. The rest of my family seems to think it's wrong for us to wear them. Okay, or nah?

Girl wear that bonnet proudly lol. They are great with protecting our hair while we sleep. Make sure they are silk bonnets, though. Silk works best with keeping the frizz down and keeping the moisture in.
